The idea took shape when calls for help started coming in through a breast cancer website, many from women and families seeking wigs or advice after facing medical hair loss. Hearing their stories touched us deeply. It inspired the dream of a welcoming beauty shop where quality, compassion, and inclusivity are more than words - they are the heart and soul of everything we do.

We built Ms. Rubies on foundations of community spirit, accessibility, and affordable luxury. Our doors - both online and in-person - are open to all, making it easy for beauty lovers in Ashland, Kentucky, and across the country to find trusted brands, natural products, and styling essentials. Every customer who visits becomes part of our community, from those looking for the latest wig styles to folks embracing their natural hair journey.
